Adam Lax is a DC area native who spent several years living abroad. His unique experiences in other countries have allowed him to see the cross cultural ridiculousness of our world. His brand of humor finds the funny in the day to day routine of our lives as well as within society as a whole. His sharp wit, hard hitting punches, and engaging stage presence creates an instant connection with diverse audiences especially those of the millennial variety.
He’s performed all over the east coast including in New York City at the Broadway Comedy Club and Greenwich Village Comedy Club and in Washington DC at the DC Comedy Loft.
He also found and ran his own satirical newsletter called the Populist Laugh
.He has studied at Second City, taking sketch writing level 1 and 2, late night TV writing, and sitcom TV sitcom spec script writing
